Using the Scorecard
- Setup: Enter an event title and date, set the time limit and number of jumps, then click
- Add Riders: Click to add riders and horses. Use the checkmark to include/exclude riders from the event
- Select Rider: Choose a rider from the dropdown in the scoring area
- Start Timer: Click to begin timing the round
- Mark Faults: Click jump buttons to mark faults (green = clear, red = fault). Each fault adds 4 points to the score
- Time Penalties: If the rider exceeds the time limit, 1 point is added per second over the limit
- Save Score: Click to save the result. The button will change to
- Next Rider: Click to select another rider, or to end the event
- Finish Event: Click to save all results and reset for a new event
Viewing and Downloading Previous Results
- Access Results: Click Previous Results in the footer
- Select Event: Choose an event from the dropdown to view its results
- View Results: Results are displayed in a table sorted by score (lowest is best), with position, rider name, horse name, time, and score
- Download CSV: After selecting an event, click to download the results as a CSV file that can be opened in Excel or other spreadsheet applications
- Return to Scoring: Click to return to the main scorecard interface
Tip: All data is saved automatically to your browser's local storage, so your events and results will be preserved between sessions.
